Civil RightsExcessive ForceBroken LegQualified Immunity Where an officer broke plaintiff's leg when he performed a "leg sweep" on her as she was being arrested for disorderly conduct, the officer's use of force was not objectively reasonable because there was no evidence that she was threatening her ex-boyfriend or the officers and she was not actively resisting arrest or trying to flee, and the district court erred in finding that the officer was entitled to qualified immunity on the plaintiff's claim of excessive force.
