Felton, Washington v. Glucksberg, Vacco v. Quill, and City of Boerne v. Flores are discussed. The court decided in Agostini v. Felton that public school employees could provide secular remedial education on parochial school premises, upheld state laws banning assisted suicide in Washington v. Glucksberg and Vacco v. Quill, and repealed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 in City of Boerne v. Flores.
