In this rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to remove National Semiconductor Corporation (National Semiconductor) from the list of ``Validated End-Users'' and ``Eligible Destinations'' in the People's Republic of China (PRC).
