The recently ended U.S. Supreme Court term is probably its most significant in history according to a California law professor. Although the cases addressing the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Arizona immigration law are among the most talked about, John C. Eastman, Henry Salvatori professor of law and community service and former dean (2007-10) at Chapman University School of Law, said there were a number of other cases "below the fold" of newspapers that will also have major significance.
LEGAL: Program gives volunteers experience and helps maintain prosecution levels.
