More accounts of ballot confusion in Montgomery County surfaced Wednesday, and the county's voter registrar said that if accounts from two residents were accurate, three people voted in the wrong House of Delegates election.
But Registrar Randy Wertz said he continued to be confident that Montgomery's problems were minor and were not different from Election Day issues in other localities.

The Montgomery County Electoral Board on Friday reappointed Registrar of Elections Randy Wertz to serve four more years.
The reappointment came as the state board of elections prepares to issue a verbal reprimand called a censure to Wertz and the county-level board for a violation of the law during the Nov. 2 vote.

I recently received my voters' guide from the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters. On the back page of the guide is a detachable postcard. Part one is a request for an absentee ballot. Part two is for requesting voter information in Spanish.
The absentee ballot request requires that I attach first-class postage. The request for voter information in Spanish has prepaid postage. I'm a little bewildered. I realize that 37 cents is a trivial amount. However, as a concerned citizen of San Bernardino County, I believe that all voters should be treated in a fair and equitable manner.
