Bromley Armstrong, veteran labour leader presents the award in his name to this year's winner Nicole Mo at Saturday's conference of Workers of Colour and Aboriginal Workers presented by the Toronto and York Labour Council recently. Nicole Ma of the Public Service Alliance of Canada was presented with the Bromley Armstrong Award named in honour of the Jamaica-born labour leader who retired after 50 years of service.
