The Federal Communications Commission has received Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for the following public information collection(s) pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501-3520). An agency may not conduct or sponsor a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number, and no person is required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.

PASADENA - In a series of changes at the city's Public Information Office, Linda Centell, the long-time assistant public information officer, will retire on Wednesday and be replaced by newcomer Tim McGillivray.
And Lisa Derderian, Pasadena's emergency management coordinator and public information officer, will become acting city PIO until the return of Ann Erdman, who city officials said will return in the "near future" after recovering from a recent illness.

The proposed information collection requirement described below will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. The data required by Office of Native American Programs Training and Technical Assistance NOFA includes pre-award application materials required to be submitted, and post award requirements under the cooperative agreement including technical budgets and reports on financial and task progress. The data identifies needs, outputs and outcomes of the training and technical assistance.

The National Science Foundation (NSF) is announcing plans to request approval of this collection. In accordance with the requirement of Section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13), we are providing an opportunity for public comment on this action. After obtaining and considering public comment, NSF will prepare the submission requesting that OMB approve clearance of this collection for no longer than 3 years.
