State fire marshal's investigators made the determination after a weeklong investigation, Callaway County Sheriff Dennis Crane said. BATH, Maine -- A leak in a propane line caused the explosion at a Bath duplex Tuesday that killed a woman who lived there, the state fire marshal's office has determined. The gas line connected an outside propane tank that provided heat to the two apartments in the duplex, Stephen McCausland, spokesman for the Maine Department of Public Safety, said in a release Wednesday morning announcing the cause of the explosion.

SHELTON -- Police are investigating a claim that a man was robbed when he pulled his vehicle over to use his cellphone Saturday night. Detective Sgt.
