The Kentucky State Bar is considering changes to the state's Rules of Professional Responsibility that would crack down on legal advertising, particularly in combination with social media.
The proposed change would amend Rule 3.130 of the Kentucky Rules of Professional Conduct by adding a new regulation addressing legal blogs and social media sites.

It is Oklahoma City attorney Mike Gassaway's turn to present defense evidence to an Oklahoma Bar Association panel beginning Tuesday.
The bar association is asking the Oklahoma Supreme Court to discipline Gassaway for violations of several professional responsibility rules attorneys are required to follow. State law gives the court a range of possible disciplinary options, including disbarment.
