REDLANDS - This year was a busy one for the City of Redlands, which saw millions of dollars in budget reductions, two elections, a new mayor chosen and a new council seated.
In January, the City Council unanimously voted to extend the labor contracts, set to expire in 2010, for the Redlands Police Officers Association (RPOA), the Redlands Professional Firefighters Association (RPFA) and the Redlands Association of Fire Management Employees (RAFME) through 2012.
