Appellant was an employee of Tailored Management, a professional employment organization and was assigned to work at Liebert Corporation. After an injury and receiving workers' compensation benefits, appellant filed an action against both Tailored and Liebert. Both Tailored and Liebert claimed entitlement to immunity from common law actions pursuant to R.C. 4123.74. This court found the contract between Tailored and Liebert provides that Tailored retained all rights of supervision and control over employees, therefore, Liebert was not also an employer for immunity purposes.
