When Dixon Gallery and Gardens opens the largest exhibition in its 35-year history June 25-26, actress and businesswoman Priscilla Presley will be a guest for a grand reception that includes art collectors from around the country and members of the family of Impressionist artist Jean-Louis Forain from France. Jean-Louis Forain: La Comdie P arisienne" kicks off with a June 25 gala that's already sold out and will be open to the public June 26 through Oct. 9. The exhibition of 125 paintings, pastels, prints and decorative objects is a collaboration between the Dixon and the Petit Palais, the Museum of Fine Arts of the City of Paris. The Dixon is the only venue for the exhibition in the United States.
