ST. PAUL, Minn - Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour had his hands full with Gustav on Monday but is expected to make an appearance at the Republican National Convention, delegates said Monday night. Barbour invited presumptive GOP presidential nominee John McCain and his running mate, Sarah Palin, to see the emergency operations center at Pearl before the hurricane struck, and stayed behind in Mississippi as the convention got under way.
