• Graphic Packaging's Salt Lake Plant Sold to Canadian Firm

Premier Tech Ltd., a Canadian provider of weighing and packing solutions, has purchased the Salt Lake City equipment division of Marietta, Ga,-based Graphic Packaging International Inc. The Utah plant, founded in 1901 and formerly operated at St-Regis and Stone, is the developer of a series of valve bag-filling systems for the packaging of granular and powdered products, mainly in the food, chemical and mineral industries.

The respondents which the Department selected for individual examination are Pakfood Public Company Limited and its affiliated subsidiaries (collectively, ``Pakfood'') \1\ and Thai Royal Frozen Food Co., Ltd. (TRF). The respondents which were not selected for individual examination are listed in the ``Preliminary Results of Review'' section of this notice.
