HOPEWELL -- The Frances Bland Randolph Chapter, NSDAR, held its first meeting of the chapter year at the Appomattox Regional Library, 209 East Cawson Street, Hopewell, on Monday, September 28, 2009, at 2 p.m. Regent Eleanor Mitchell was assisted in the Opening Ritual by Chaplain Agnes Holloway.
