BLOOMINGTON - Two people have been arrested after Bloomington police found LSD, Ecstasy, marijuana and money in a Normal apartment.
Yoshio D. Coronado-Gonzales, 22, Normal, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. His bond was set at $100,000 cash.
