The Pennsylvania Political Report has been acquired by the Pennsylvania Business Council (PBC) which will add the publication to its growing list of high quality products and services, announced Valerie Gaydos, president & CEO of Capital Growth, Inc. owners of the Pennsylvania Political Report since 1998.
The investigative report by the U.S. Department of Justice may have ignited Sheriff Joe Arpaio's critics, but his political allies said their support for the sheriff remains unwavering. The Missouri House acted quickly after a report became public lumping supporters of certain political candidates to militia groups. The report from the Missouri Information Analysis Center stated that members of potentially violent domestic militia groups "are usually supporters of former Presidential Candidates: Ron Paul, Bob Barr and Chuck Baldwin." The eight-page document sparked widespread outrage, which prompted the Missouri Highway Patrol to retract the report.
In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13, the Bureau of Transportation Statistics invites the general public, industry and other governmental parties to comment on the continuing need and usefulness of BTS collecting reports from air carriers on the aggregated indebtedness balance of a political candidate or party for Federal office. The reports are required when the aggregated indebtedness is over $5,000 on the last day of a month.
