Has there ever been another American musical master whose ersatz-"bootleg" would include a 1970 performance in Nixon's White House with his Daddy in the crowd; a 1969 performance in an NCO club in Long Binh, Vietnam; a 1972 gig at Osteraker Prison, Sweden, and, oh yes, the Newport Folk Festival in 1964 with Bob Dylan looking on as he sang "Don't Think Twice It's All Right?"
