To prevent commercial bias more effectively, ACPE follows the lead of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, which recently issued tougher disclosure rules and requirements for resolving conflicts.

  • NORMAL - Kroger, 1550 E. College Ave., won the City Council's approval for the addition of a gas station and remote drive-thru pharmacy kiosk Monday night, but council members are hoping to also get improved traffic flow out of the deal. The gas station will be built at the corner of Landmark Drive and College Avenue and the pharmacy kiosk will be to the west of the station. Kroger also will be constructing a new sign and has agreed to add landscaped islands in the parking lot.
