TAMPA, Fla., May 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office issued more than 50 arrest warrants stemming from its five-month investigation, "Operation No Pain No Gain." The probe, aided by Direct General Insurance Company, arrested clinic owners and managers, as well as general employees from four Tampa medical clinics. Criminal charges range from Conspiracy to Commit Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organization (RICO), a first-degree felony, to Filing False and Fraudulent Insurance Claims.

Toyota can't compel the arbitration of class claims brought by customers who seek damages for diminution in the market value of their vehicles as a result of alleged defects that lead to incidents of sudden, unintended acceleration, a U.S. District Court in California has ruled.
Toyota became the target of numerous personal injury and consumer protection lawsuits after being forced to recall millions of vehicles due to reports of sudden acceleration problems. I was in an auto accident in 2001. I wrenched my neck and had physical therapy. Medicare denied the claims since my personal injury protection under my auto insurance paid for all the treatments for my neck.
