FBI Director Mueller Promises 'Top to Bottom' Review of Counterterrorism Training WASHINGTON, Oct. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) today called on American Muslims and other people of conscience to thank Rep.
