The safety zone will be enforced during construction of the Matlacha Bridge from Monday, March 12, 2012 through Tuesday, April 10, 2012. The safety zone is necessary to protect life and property on navigable waters of the United States during the Matlacha Bridge construction. Persons and vessels are prohibited from entering, transiting through, anchoring in, or remaining within the safety zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port St. Petersburg or a designated representative.

But I wouldn't vote for this bill because I am willing to pay taxes for the school district up to the high school years. But I will not pass any bill that takes my money to go to college. I couldn't send my children during their time to go to college. They went ahead and got their own education. In fact, one is still working her way to help herself. College is not the answer. If you would check right now, there is a big list of college grads who can't find jobs and I am supposed to pay more money to put people out there?
