On October 7, 2011, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of the antidumping duty administrative review for certain lined paper products from India (CLPP).\1\ This review covers 35 manufacturers and exporters of the subject merchandise,\2\ including Navneet Publications (India) Limited (Navneet) and Riddhi Enterprises (Riddhi), for the period September 1, 2009, through August 31, 2010. As a result of our analysis of the comments received, these final results differ from the Preliminary Results. PRYOR, Okla., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Orchids Paper Products Company (NYSE Amex: TIS) today reported net income for the three months ended September 30, 2010, of $1.4 million, or $0.18 per diluted share, compared with $3.8 million or $0.52 per diluted share, in the same period in 2009. For the first nine months of 2010, net income was $5.0 million, or $0.64 per diluted share compared with net income of $10.4 million, or $1.49 per diluted share, reported for the first nine months of 2009.
