The Council of Bond Oversight gave approval to the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority on Thursday to issue bonds for the state Capitol dome project as well as for endowed chairs.

The bond oversight council also granted approval for the Oklahoma Capitol Complex and Centennial Commemoration Commission to enter into a lease and use agreement with the improvement authority to secure the Series 2005 Bonds.
