LOUIS, Oct. 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CuraScript, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Express Scripts, Inc., is now the exclusive specialty pharmacy for patients using , a product of Oceana Therapeutics Inc., under an agreement announced today. Part of Express Scripts HealthBridge Pharma & Biotech services, CuraScript SD Specialty Distribution will be one of two national distributors responsible for delivering Solesta to healthcare providers.
Solesta is the only nonsurgical treatment approved by the Food and Drug Administration for patients who fail conservative therapy for fecal (bowel) incontinence.
