I think Billy Beane was getting bored and decided to tear up his roster one more time as a challenge. He got a lot of good, young talent for [Dan Haren], [Nick Swisher] and [Mark Kotsay], and Oakland will be drafting high for the next few years. The AJS need [Rich Harden] to bounce back and stay healthy so they can get something for him. They might be good again in about 2010 or so. The next few years are going to be rough. It's a good thing manager Bob Geren is tight with Beane.
