Marvin Dalton in August, on suspected violations of the district's student welfare and technology policies.

  • EMERSON The U.S. Attorney's Office has confirmed to the borough that an investigation into the community policing fund did not find evidence of a crime. Word came in a letter sent to the borough last month after officials asked federal prosecutors for any information on "the status of any investigation" into the fund.
