Do the cultural roots of business owners influence the owners' market orientation and social networks, and ultimately affect the benefits derived from the owners' networks? This research focuses on the relationship between culture and perceived network benefits of small and medium sized service firms. A thorough literature review which examined Hofstede's model of national culture, network theory, social capital theory and relationship marketing was conducted. The National System of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) provides a mechanism for MPAs managed by diverse government agencies to work together on common conservation priorities. In July 2011, NOAA and the Department of the Interior (DOI) invited federal, state, commonwealth, territorial and tribal MPA programs with potentially eligible existing MPAs to nominate their sites to the National System of MPAs (national system). This rule implements the Record of Decision for the 2011 Winter Use Plan/Environmental Impact Statement and governs winter visitation and certain recreational activities in Yellowstone National Park for the 2011-2012 winter season.
