The Office of the United States Trustee cast further doubt this week on whether the owners of downtown's iconic First National Center will be able to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
The federal agency, which is charged with monitoring financial reporting in Chapter 11 cases, has asked a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge to dismiss First National's case, or have it converted into a Chapter 7, or liquidation, case.
