On Nov. 1, 2008, The Rev. Michael K. Bouie, M. Div., was appointed as the 30th pastor of Mount Hermon African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church, Fort Lauderdale, FIa. He, wife Lady Tamira Bouie and daughter Micah have enhanced the South Florida community in exemplifying a new day for mission and ministry. REDLANDS The Rock Church and World Outreach Center is the new owner of the historic Burrage Mansion, a 200,000-square-foot Mission Revival-style estate at the center of a debate about preservation and property rights.
