Stations changed the price every month, then every week, day and between morning and afternoon. I think that Memorial Day 2008 will go on record for the lowest driving in years. I went for a ride through my neighborhood and noticed that in every backyard there was some movement -- some people cleaning the yard, some planting flowers and some strong men digging a couple square feet to plant a couple of tomato plants.
