The president of Forward Wisconsin is leaving the state economic development organization, and its board has not decided how or whether to replace him, officials said Thursday. Eugene "Pepi" Randolph, 45, will become national vice president of sales and marketing for the Potawatomi Business Development Corp. The entity is the investment arm of the Forest County Potawatomi tribe, which operates the Potawatomi Bingo and Casino in Milwaukee.
