He urges customers call their orders in, preferably the day before, or between 8 and 9 a.m. on the day they want it. His two-entree menu rotates daily. One item will be on a set menu. On Mondays, he serves meatloaf, spaghetti on Tuesdays, chicken and dumplings on Wednesday, pork chops on Thursdays and baked steak on Fridays.
