You light up my weirdo independent arts venue In case you missed the projected-light display at Santa Fe Complex on the Fourth of July weekend, it's all happening again. The sound and video work of eight artists -- Steina, Hisao Ihara, Michael Bielicky, Kamila B. Richter, James Coker, Dr. Woohoo (aka Drew Trujillo), Susanna Carlisle, and Marianna Amster -- will be projected on the walls of the complex, inside and out, at sunset (approximately 8:20 p.m.) Friday, July 10, through Sunday, July 12. This time there are no fireworks to distract you from the aural and visual experience under a (mostly) full moon. Santa Fe Complex is at 632 Agua Fra St. (entrance on Romero St.). There is no charge, but donations are welcome. Call 216-7562 for more information.
