He was father to Gordon Gundersen (wife Nancy Omland), Nancy Wilhelmsen (husband Richard), Betty Martin (husband Raymond), Norman Gundersen, Janice Ray (husband Lamar), and Ronald Gundersen (wife Carol Feibig). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
