ACTS' family of CCRCs expands into Delaware and Maryland HOCKESSIN, Del., May 3 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- ACTS Retirement- Life Communities, one of the nation's largest not-for-profit senior living organizations, today announced that it has completed an affiliation with the Peninsula United Methodist Homes, Inc. (PUMH) and Heron Point of Chestertown (Heron Point), and will assume management and operation of four continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) in Delaware and Maryland.

LEBANON -- Lebanon resident Charles K. Dilgard, retired Otterbein Homes' chief executive officer for 28 years, has received the Rev. Dr. Olin E. Oeschger Memorial Award for 2007. The Rev. Dr. Olin E.
