Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic illness mainly characterized by inflammation of the lining of the joints. The symptoms include pain, swelling and stiffness in the joint, and ultimately the disease can result in loss of function and disability. More than 2 million adults in the U.S. have rheumatoid arthritis.

Innovative Medical Research is one of approximately 200 medical centers in the United States and Canada seeking volunteers for the ASCENT-2 Phase 3 clinical study, which will evaluate the combination of DN-101 and Taxotere in men with AIPC.
