The rule harmonizes FMCSA's provisions regarding pre-employment and return-to-duty test refusals with corresponding Department of Transportation (DOT)-wide provisions. Finally, the rule corrects inaccurate uses of the term ``actual knowledge.''

The Peace Corps seeks to remove the Report of Physical Examination (PC- 1790S) from OMB 0420-0510 and request a new OMB Control Number for the Report of Physical Examination (PC-1790S).
