• Subcontractors Sought for $33.5m Project in Vancouver

The Department of Veteran Affairs is looking for subcontractors to construct a new 20,000-square-foot outpatient clinic at its medical campus in Vancouver, Wash. Designed by Petersen Kolberg & Associates PC, the clinic will be a two-story steel building with brick veneer. It will house specialty clinics for veterans. The new $33.5 million structure will physically link to Building 19 through a corridor. Work includes construction of a steam-fed hot water system.

A medical clinic for adult entertainers that was shut down in December over licensing problems has reopened under a new name. The Adult Industry Medical Healthcare Foundation in Sherman Oaks reopened as AIM Medical Associates P.C., as part of an effort to redefine its operations to match the conditions of its county permit.
