In a room on the second floor, we met a man wearing a white coat over his sweater; he spoke with an accent- maybe Indian? On my sixteenth birthday she gave me a leather jacket, pale cocoa brown, soft, like inside your elbow. [...] I felt one big cramp and pushed my fists down hard into my belly. [...] I'm glad.
The present paper subjects unions to a libertarian analysis and finds this organizational structure highly problematic from the perspective of the criminal law. Libertarianism is defined as that philosophy which opposes the initiation, or the threat thereof, of violence against non-aggressing people. Unions are characterized as groups which although need not in principle act contrary to this stricture, as a matter of fact always and ever do so. Hence, organized labor, as presently constituted, cannot be reconciled with libertarian principles of non-aggression. They are thus, in effect, criminal gangs and should be seen and treated as such.
Most group disability policies are governed by the federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974. Although Erisa does not prescribe a standard of judicial review for benefits decisions, the US Supreme Court has held that when a plan gives the administrator discretionary authority to determine eligibility for benefits or to construe the terms of the plan, a court is to review the administrator's decision for abuse of discretion. While it is clear that an insurer that both administers and pays benefits is acting under a conflict of interest, what is not so clear is exactly how such a conflict should be taken into account on judicial review.

I read it in 45 minutes and I fell in love with it," Watson says.
