The Baltimore native's most recent position was CEO of the Economic Development Corporation of New Haven. She previously was senior vice president of Colliers Pinkard's real estate strategic advisory group and president of the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore. The Transportation Alliance is an independent, privately funded organization founded in 2007 by Baltimore regional business, civic, and philanthropic leaders to focus attention on the area's transportation needs.

County Executive Janet S. Owens has tapped a Baltimore business group leader to take over Anne Arundel County's Economic Development Corporation. Aaron J.
