Both Ellendale United Methodist at 7217 Centralia and Decatur Trinity Christian Church at 2449 Altruria Road, began meeting in 1908.

Miles Bartlett is 12 seconds away from breaking the school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the University of Maine, and less than four seconds from qualifying for the NCAA regionals.

Ash Wednesday speaks to our failure to be who we have been made to be and called to be. What we have most in common is our sin and our need for mercy.
Those who attended an Ash Wednesday service lined up to receive a mark (imposition) of ashes either on their forehead or hand as a symbol of the beginning of Lent - the 40 days, not counting Sundays, leading up to Easter in the Christian Church.
