Brandi Irwin's discovery of a vast world of luminescent creatures living deep in the dark surprised her, and many in the scientific community as well. Her high-quality photos of glowing Haeckeli anemo, staghorn coral and other marine life have won Irwin a prestigious niche in the art and science community. The Shawnee native recently revisited her home state to share her collection and discuss her experiences. The exhibition will be open at the Oklahoma Aquarium in Jenks until Nov. 28 before touring other major markets across the country.
