Defendant-Appellant, Scott L. Bowersmith ("Bowersmith"), appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence entered by the Marysville Municipal Court finding him guilty of failing to carry and display a special deer permit while hunting upon the lands of another, a fourth degree misdemeanor in violation of R.C. 1533.11(A).
