CHEYENNE -- Federal prosecutors say a Wisconsin woman sold the chance to have a major credit card, swindling $400,000 for herself and using Wyoming mailboxes to do it. Valerie Schuler of Milwaukee opened mailboxes at Mailboxes Etc. in Jackson and later at the UPS Store here. In an indictment, prosecutors say Schuler bought ads in national magazines and sent postcards to thousands of people between March 2002 and October 2003.
