News and notes: Winning duo: The North Mississippi team of Tim McDaniels (Grenada) and Charles Boyer (Cleveland) captured top honors in the recent inaugural Peanut Craft Lures Tournament Trail Classic at Grenada Lake. McDaniels and Boyer weighed in 31.92 pounds to slip past Billy Hopkins and Newton Ford at 31.07, Gene Macneer and Loyd Chism at 30.23 and Larry Jenkins and Harvey Henderson at 30.19. Big fish honors went to T.W. Camburn and Elmer Manuel at 6.16 pounds weighed in on Day 2. They also had a 4.99-pounder on the first day. I wasn't surprised by the report," says Dr. Lydia A. Shrier of the Division of Adolescent/Young Adult Medicine at Children's Hospital Boston. "It's not just talk. STDs are really an epidemic among young women - particularly African American women. "The issue for HPV is that so many people have it," Shrier says. Merritt Funeral Home HARRAH - , 95, of Harrah, WA died Sunday, January 23, 2011 at his home. The first born in a family of 8 children to Lydia and Lorenzo Boyle, Everett started out life in Philip, South Dakota. He left home as a young teenager to work for Landers Cattle Ranch, where he met his wife of 69 years, Elsie Gustavsen. Everett spent time as a young married man working in Butte, Montana in the copper mines and Ovando, Montana on a cattle ranch. After moving his young family to Washington State, Everett worked for area farmers, and then began independent farming and ranching in the Harrah area.
