  • A federal judge ruled that a policy at a public in Missouri forcing students to submit to mandatory drug tests as a condition of their enrollment is unconstitutional, the American Civil Liberties Union announced Wednesday. Late Tuesday, U.S. District Court Judge Nannette Laughrey, of the Western District of Missouri, granted a motion by the ACLU and the ACLU of Eastern Missouri for a preliminary injunction.
