The Rochester Black Bar Association (RBBA) will present its 2004 Lifetime Achievement Awards to three area recipients at its annual banquet from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 24 at the Rochester Hyatt Regency. The keynote speaker will be Ralph F. Boyd, Jr., former assistant U.S. Attorney General for Civil Rights and current executive vice president and general counsel at Freddie Mac. Lifetime Achievement Awards will be presented to New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division, Fourth Department Judge Samuel L. Green; Rochester City Court Judge Roy W. King; and Clyde E. Bailey, Sr., outgoing president of the National Bar Association and patent counsel at Eastman Kodak Co.
