In May 2008, the victim reported the crime to the Broward Sheriffs Office. As it turns out, there's plenty of land in Levy County, but none of it belonged to Chunulal, according to the Levy County Property Appraiser. BSO investigators issued a warrant for his arrest, charging him with one count of grand theft. Chunulal was taken into custody on Oct. 16, and remains at the Main Jail in lieu of a $250,000 bond.
