Usually it requires attention on how to prevent the distribution of food that is not fresh, how to avoid the existence of toxics and pest control materials in foods, and monitoring that the various industrial additives, which are added during production, do not exceed safety regulations. This distinction between "good food" and "bad food" as based on the quality of the food is important in reducing the risk arising from eating something that is dangerous for people, but it ignores another kind of risk which is due to over-eating.
